What shoes do you skate: Half cab and J-Lay Mid

What’s your set up: OG Monster Toy graphics on 8.125", Thunder 149er's, Spitfire Classics 52 mm, Bones Swiss.

What’s been the best trip you’ve ever been on and why?
I don't think there's one trip I've been on that's better than the other. Just as long as there's good spots, food, trees and the homies. Spain is always the top on the list though.

Favorite Vans rider?
Geoff by far, he's been one of my favorite skaters since I picked up a skateboard.

What trick can’t you do that you wish you could?
540's!

What’s the worst thing that’s ever happened to you?
Ankle problems, truck to the chin, double black eye's with a broken nose in baseball.

What are some interests outside of skating?

Bowling, Photography and Wii

Last good book you read and why?

I haven't read a book since high school. I mean, I've tried to, but I can never finish.

5 songs that have to be on a mix tape:
Andre Nickatina - Blood N my hair
Bob Dylan - One more cup of coffee
Pink Floyd - Goodbye Blue Sky
Scientist - Blood on his lips
Sizzla - Dem Ah Gaze

Toy Machine is working on a new video, how’s that coming?

We're starting as soon as Kevin Barnett gets his HD camera. Never thought Toy Machine would go HD.

How far along is your part?

Clueless.

How do you feel about what you’ve shot so far?

Embarrassed.

What’s your best Ed Templeton story?
There's plenty, most of them involve paintball wars, fireworks and chaos. Ed's such a kid, I love it.

On a given Toy Machine summer tour how many noseblunts would say Ed does?
How many? I can't keep track. Anything and everything. But when you got the best one in the biz then why wouldn't you do it on everything? Haha.

How many impossible tailgrabs?
First try at every demo's pyramid.

What did you do today?

I just woke up and took the dogs on a walk, gonna roll a spliff, have some coffee and play some guitar, then figure out the skate situation.

What kind of dogs do you have? And what tricks can they do?
I have two dogs, Maggie is almost 3 years old and she's a true Boston Terrier. Kingston is 9 months and he's a Boston/Boxer mix, so he's already bigger than her and has a lot of pop. Maggie's got tricks, but she'd rather pull me on my cruiser. Kingston is still a pup so he's learning from her.

Is your kitchen floor checkerboard to match your slip ons? Do you ever trip out and look down and think you don’t have any feet?

Yeah the kitchen floor is checkerboard, but I don't ever have slip on's to match!

Your dad spent time in Iraq. What was he doing there? How long was he there? What kind of stories did he tell you about it?
Yeah he spent time in Iraq, Kuwait, UAE and Saudi Arabia. He's a foreman, so he pretty much tells all the contractors what to do. He was over there off and on for about three years. He kept telling me that if I ever got the chance to go to the Middle East, I would be skating nothing but marble and amazing spots. He's got the skater's eye for shit like that. He got to go into a few of Saddam's palace's, sleep in underground bunkers, convoys through the desert at 120 MPH, and fly in Blackhawk helicopter's every now and then. He even spray painted "Toy Machine Bloodsuckers!" on a military tank. My dad f**king rules.

Are Billy Mark’s ping pong tricks legit? Or done with CGI?
Billy's a wizard. He's good at everything he does.

Has he taught you any ping pong maneuvers?

I stick to the beer pong, I'll leave all the wizardry to Bill.
