Each week mtvU lets you vote for up & comers to add into the rotation on the network. This week Gilbere Forte & his video "All Black Chukkas" has a great chance to win a spot. Its going to be a tight race for the Philly kid so take a second and help him out. I'm sure he'd give each & every one of you a cheesesteak if he could - unless you're a vegetarian.
