From Alistair Whitton: Had a real fun day today. Started off hanging out with my two boys Brener and Carter. Then headed down to camp Woodward to do some activities. We just got this sad email from 5Boro:"After countless "last sessions" and 5boro fighting to keep the spot accessible for skating The Brooklyn Banks are officially closed until 2014... A chain link fence surrounds the entire big banks as well as the 9 stair rail up top. Rumors are that SteveR is working on plans to get the banks turned into a skate plaza when the spot re-opens in 4 years adding more ledges/steps/rails and brick banks ...
