Daniel Lutheran Gets Skateboarder Cover

Daniel Lutheran nabs the June/July cover of Skateboarder with a massive 50-50 grind on a double kinker at his old high school in Albuquerque, clenching his first cover and securing his status as the hometown hero. All of his friends and team mates gathered at Collin Provost's place for a BBQ / cover surprise party. John Bradford, who shot the cover, showed up with some brews and a mystery box for Daniel to open. "BOOOM! You got the cover!" Everyone cheered as Daniel cracked open the box of magazines. "I thought all my friends where just BBQ'n on a random Wednesday", said Daniel. He was caught by total surprise. Congratulations Dan Lu!
