Cowtown's 12th Annual PHXAM Presented by Vans kicks off today with a heated qualifier round of some of the sickest up and coming amateur skateboarders in the country! The contest started rolling bright and early at 9am and ran as smooth as humanly possible to be done by 3pm and avoid anyone melting in the peak of the desert sun.
